A repeat client, the site was acquired to develop as a single residence.  A complex and demanding brief required a considered and sympathetic balance between interior and exterior volumes.

The soft, neutral palette provided a minimalist and refined backdrop which extended the spaces beyond their glazed boundaries.

There was no wasted space – the site is used actively and enjoyed in its entirety.
